Is there an OEM Head Unit (Alpine, Kenwood, etc)

that has UConnect connectivity and uses the existing Sirius/XM tuner? I think i would like to replace the 430 i have at some point, but i really like the connectivity and voice control feature of being able to simply say a station # and have the radio tune to it.

I also don't want to have to hook up a bluetooth microphone to talk on the phone. I've had to do this in the past with my current company car and the costs start escalating quickly when you add GPS and a Sirius Tuner.

Crutchfield doesn't even have the 2014 JKU listed as an available vehicle to purchase a head unit or speakers. I don't think they are going to be able to help in this situation

Isn't the Sirius tuner built into the radio? I know on my old RES it was.

I upgraded to a JVC with built in navigation and bought the Sirius tuner separately. Crutchfield is your friend. They hooked me up with everything I needed.

I don't think what you are asking for is possible... Sirius is built into the factory head unit. It is possible to re-use the Sirius antenna in some cases, and it may also be possible to re-use the microphone. You can get an adapter to connect an aftermarket head unit to the steering wheel controls, so it will function the same way as factory, depending on the head unit (e.g. Voice control by pushing the talk button, volume, track select etc). The voice recognition will depend on your head unit.

You can check out my build thread in this forum to see all the parts needed for a factory rip out and replacement while maintaining the integrated controls. I have yet to install it... My rubicon is being delivered Friday (fingers crossed).

Thanks guys for the responses. I think my best hope is that i will be able to use the iDatalink Maestro to maintain my Uconnect features. If that's possible, i think i'm going to upgrade from the 430 and just sell that hunk of crap on eBay.
