Kenwood kdc-hd545u

I have a 2010 jk unlimited and looking at getting the above radio. Looking at crutchfield, needed to install is a $130.00 wire harness? Could this be true? That is about as much as the radio. It has been a long time since I installed a radio but the wire harness were about $10.00.
Add speakers at Xmas.

I just put in the KDC-MP745U, Crutchfield sent me the wiring adapter and mounting bracket free of charge.

Your vehicle is factory-equipped with an upgraded sound system. We recommend that you purchase an adapter that will connect your new stereo to your amplified factory system.
Because you have the factory AMP and everything I guess.

But it looks like you can get the harness needed off Amazon for ~$70
