Leaky roof

We just got our Jeep about 4months ago, and been to the dealer for God know how many they fixed the leak by our navigation system after quad times and now the side panels are leaking its by the passenger and driver side. Any suggestions. Note we haven't gotten out the roof yet.

Not trying to be rude, but this is the Communications and Electronics section. Since it appears you have a JK, this would probably be more appropriate in the JK Tech Forum. I wish I could help you though. I have a pesky leak as well that I can't seem to fix.
