Moving FM Radio Antenna

I put a roof rack on my TJ and was thinking about getting one of the long cb antenna whips and rerouting my FM radio antenna to the back right of my TJ. I am putting my cb antenna on the opposite side same at the same level. Will this improve or decrease my ability to pick up radio stations? Will it interfere with the cb? Anyone know where I can get a cable to screw directly onto the factory antenna or will I need to reroute it directly off the back of the radio? Thanks in advance.
