MP3 on DVD for a REL radio

I've been trying to burn out my MP3s on a DVD to play on my 2007 REL Radio. But whenever I insert the DVD it says "Disk read error". I've tried searching the forum and seen suggestions to try different media. I've tried Sony, TDK and Imation with all the same result. I use Nero Express to burn a Data DVD and making sure it's not a multisession disc. I even tried with 240 MP3s on a DVD and it didn't help. Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

When in nero, try making it an audio disk instead of a data disk then see if that makes any difference.

I had the same problem burning songs to CD for my 2007 stereo. What I found is that the burner on my personal desktop does not burn deep enough or properly for it to work. If I use the burner built into my work laptop it burns and plays with no trouble at all.

Can you try using a different disc burner?
