NAV Sound Control - Is there any??

I have the 730N system in my '13 Unlimited 10th Aniv. Is there any way to change or adjust the audio of the "lady's" voice making the NAV instructions? Her voice is so low and base that I have a very hard time understanding her. Turning up her volume just makes it louder but no more understandable. My wife's hearing is much better than mine but she has the same problem understanding it. The radio audio controls have no effect on the NAV voice unless I'm missing something.

With my RB1, if you use the volume knob while the nav voice is playing, it will adjust voice volume separately from music volume. Surely they wouldn't have removed that capability with the 730N being 2-3 generations newer. Not sure what else you could mean by adjusting it.

Yes, the volume works fine. But the voice is extremely base sounding and you cant understand what it says. The radio audio (base/treble) functions have no effect on the NAV voice. I had a friend listen to it today and he agrees.

I have the same issue, I finally took delivery of our 2014 JKR we ordered this Friday night.

Used the Nav. for the first time last night. I can not hear the voice prompts on the 730 Nav. WAY Too much base to understand whats being said. So far I hate it!

I did find the voice volume adjust under menu, but couldn't find a way to adjust the voice base or treble. As of this moment, We're Very unhappy I chose to build it with the 730N

Any suggestions?
