New head unit doesnt play left rear speakers

I Recently purchased a new Jensen head unit and installed it. The head unit says it plays only 4 ohm speakers. My left rear speakers won't work and my vdp 6 speaker sound bar are 8 ohm speakers. Would this explain why the left side doesn't work I double checked the wiring in the back and it still didnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you check the L-R fade settings on the actual head unit? I have done this before messing around with mine.
