New system in my jeep sahara unlimited

Hi there. I have a 2012 jeep wrangler Sahara unlimited. I am looking at upgrading my sound system to the loudest and best thing. One question I have is, if I put a sub, is there a place I can put it where I can still put down my seats and sleep in the back? What speakers should I get? I know not the slightest thing about speaker setup, so please just let me know anything you feel would be helpful. I have the factory nav screen and Bluetooth and CD player and iPod hookup if that helps. Thank you guys!

A low profile box in the trunk should still allow you to sleep in the back. I would start with an Alpine PDX-V9 (100wattsX4 + 500 watts sub channel) for the loudest and best thing.
Then upgrade your speakers to handle the 100watts. You can see the subwoofer below, and see if you like the idea. You could mount it at the farthest area of the cab in the trunk, to get it out of the way.

if you want bass but want to save space i suggest a powered sub, the infinity basslink is great for the price and space it takes up. a good 4 channel amp powering some focals would bring a good system to life. i was looking at this headunit.
