OK, this is SIRIUS.....

I'm SIRIUSly have issues. Recently my stock radio, REQ, will only show channel 184 and "Updating Channels" for a few seconds and then revert back to FM. I have tried to pull the fuse, tried unhooking it from the harness and resending the signal. My issue is the signal was on when I bought the Jeep 3yrs ago and was still on up until a few weeks ago, meaning no pmt was made from me, otherwise I wouldn't care, but it has been free and I like it. Any ideas on getting it to work again without calling Sirius and running the risk of having to start paying??

Sounds like they finally shut you down, if you want it time to pay up.

What ever you do . Do not pay full price for the service. They will give you alot better deal. I have received offers in the mail 25.00 for six months.

Man, that sucks. I guess now I'd just be better off upgrading the head unit, been looking at a Pioneer setup with Nav and rear view camera, lifted Jeeps and a 35" spare don't do much for helping you see behind you.

Yeah - this is the service suspended activity. Pay up (as stated, can get it discounted), ignore the sat band, or change the receiver.

And do NOT pay with a CC! Send a bank check or they'll bill you full price!

Yea, I've read the threads about how horrible they are. I had XM back in the day when it was 9.99/mo and it was great.....seems people's view of them has changed dramatically since then though.

Have the service disconnected and then in a month or so they will send you a 2 week trial for free to try in order to get you back. Accept this invite and if you are lucky enough, that 2 week trial will last a lot longer.....if you get my drift.

Thats the thing, I have never set it up, it was already on when I bought the Jeep so I dont have any account info to disconnect, well, that and it seems the signal has already been disconnected.

Yea, you would have to have had an account previously set up in order to do what I had mentioned.

Was wondering about that, I just figured that they may have prepaid for a 3 or 5yr plan and it finally expired.
