Playing DVDs while driving

Is this possible? Any suggestion?

It's possible using the mygig lockpick, but it is also illegal in many states (maybe all)

It looks like 33 (if I counted correctly) ban video, the rest apparently have no law about it, at least according to this website, which may or may not be accurate.

In some states, it looks like even installing the device would be illegal.

I am not a lawyer, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express.
