Radio doesn't work.

Got some serious rain few months ago with no doors on and now my radio doesn't work. I've checked all the fuses. Even put in a lower amp fuse and it didn't even blow. It's like it isn't even getting power. Redid the ground connection since it had some rust. That didn't help either. Pulled the radio out and checked all the wires. One was disconnected, fixed and it still didn't work. I don't know what else to do. Is it possible that something shorted in the radio itself? How do I check that?

Probably a stupid question, but did you check to see if you actually have power at the radio?

Check the voltage at the plug on the harness. If there is 12 volts there, the radio is fried. If not, you have a harness or fuse issue.
