replace head unit or amp to fix weak roll bar speaker sound

Hey. I have a 2011 unlimited Rubicon with the Infinity sound system. The roll bar speakers and sub have very low power and sound. Will replacing the amp or the head unit fix the problem? I would like to keep the head unit but....

Thanks
