Rock light wiring question

I asked this in another forum today and thought more places will get more results.

I am going to be running 2 sets of LED rock lights. 1 set will be white and the other green. What I want to do is what is similar to our turn signal switch. I am trying to find out if a 3 position switch will do the trick and how to wire it.

So basically on the 3 position switch, on-off-on, up would be 1 set, down would be the other set, and middle would be off.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

My idea of help from the man above is a sniper on the roof.

Sounds like you want an SPDT switch. You will be running 2 separate relays right?
