Solarcon 4ft antenna?

I found some cheap antennas on amazon made by solarcon, I was wondering if anyone had tried these out, or heard about them. I'm just curios if they are worth the money. The reviews on amazon say they are okay but I don't really trust them.

Are they tunable? If they are tunable, how easily are they tuned? I have to say though that since well known high quality antennas like the Firestick FS series (easily tuned via a brass tuning screw) are very inexpensive, usually under $20, why not go with a known name brand antenna instead?

Because for $30 I get two antennas, cable, and the mounts

I'm trying to be cheap, because well I'm mainly getting a cb just for fun
