the easy way to check if there is already a harness just unzip the rollbar cover behind the driver. if its not there than you will have to run new wires. if you do need to run your own wires i would say to upgrade to a larger gauge wire.

where to find a stock sound bar i have no clue. there are aftermarket soundbars out there, some not worth the money and some that have a fair price on what you get.

when i upgraded to components i upped to 10 gauge speaker wire, i ran the wires behind the glovebox and down the passenger side and up the rollbar. having to run the wires on the driver side is a bit tougher due to the steering column. you can go to home depot and pick up stick-on pads to use zip-ties to hold the wires running under the door. you can get a bag of them for cheep.
