Sound Bar Speakers

I am rreplacing my factory speakers in my 2009 Wrangler soundbar. The right rear wires are blue and green. Does anybody know which one is positive. The crutchfield sight has different colors listed. I still have the factoer stereo w/o infinity speakers.

easy way to tell is use a 9v batt.... since a 9v batt has a (+) & (-) shown you can pop the factory speaker (when not hooked up) when you do it see what direction the speaker moves.. if cone moves up (away from magnet) then you have it correct.

hope that makes sence.. if not you can test what i said on your new speaker.. since aftermarkey speaker will show whats (+) & (-).

it's a old trick in car audio. since places can change wire colors. and i dont trust computer/books bc they are not always 10% correct

The factory speaker is not marked. I hook up the battery to the terminals. If the cone moves away then those are my + and-. If it doesn't then they are reversed. Thanks for the help.

On my 03 X, the factory speaker is marked with a green dot next to the grounding connection.
