Sound System Question

Alright so I am currently running a stock 2011 sound system (with the exception of a sub in the trunk) and would like to upgrade. I am having an Alpine iDA-X100 headunit installed this week and was wondering if Polk dB651s were a good choice for the rollbar and dash? I have a lot of wuestions about them however. Should I use the factory harness and wires? Also can I run this set up without an amp? Thanks guys!

Mine is a 2013 JKU I purchased a 730n off ebay for $500 had to wait for a deal. Then purchased a Sony XDP-PK1000 Digital Link Sound System from crutchfield for $169 and front and rear Polk Audio db651s from crutchfield. I found a factory rear sub off ebay, Also mine did not have the premium sound but did have the uconnect. I Did the install myself took about a day to do but pulled seats out and ran everthing nice and neat. System sounds great

Did the 651S in the sound bar allow you to use the original factory speaker grill covers instead of the silver ones that come with the Polk? I'm trying to decide between the 651 and the 651s for the sound bar. Thanks.
