Speaker Pod Install

I picked up a set of 03-06 speaker pods to put in my 97 wrangler. I have a couple of questions. First, i know i am going to have to drill a hole in the roll bar for the stud. Does anyone know what size i need to make the hole? Second, what is the best way to locate where the hole goes? Thanks.

Really you can use any size bolt you want as long as it passes through the hole in the speaker pod and the shoulder of the bolt is wide enough to keep it in place or use a washer. I would clamp the speaker pod to the rollbar where you want it. Having a buddy hold it in place would work too. Then mark and drill/tap.

Just bought a True Hi9 rear and a D44 front, both with ARB's and 4.88 gears!! Check out the build!
