Stereo upgrade help please?

I changed out everything in my 2012 JK except the head unit, as I wanted to keep the factory features and stay somewhat stealthy. Here's what I installed.

Front speakers - Polk DB 6501's
Sound bar - Polk DB -651's
Sub- Pioneer TS-SW2501S4
Pioneer 4-channel GM-D8604
Alpine MRV-M500
Cache COE6 LOC

I built my own sub enclosure where the factory sub would have been. I started with the basic factory setup, not the Infinity upgrade.

The Polks sound awesome. I still have a little tuning to do though.
My problwm is, my subwoofer is not working. The power is getting to the amp, but I dont think I am getting a signal from the LOC. I have the front and sub channels blended with the jumpers on the LOC, but nothing. Since there was no factory subwoofer, there are no sub leads to tie into.
Anyone know what I am missing here?

Run a test, put a IPOD through the amp, just make sure you have the volume low on your ipod before hitting play. If the sub works then it is something in your wiring, if the sub does not work it is something with the amp.

Sounds awesome. I'm sure that you'll figure it out, and when you do, please post pictures. Just to share your experience and accomplishment with other fellow Jeepers looking to do the same thing. I wish I could be more help, but I've never done anything like that.

But, upon looking at the description of the LOC it says that the rear and sub channel can be combined, not the front and sub channels. Maybe this is the way the LOC processes the signals internally and splits them. It requires the signal from the rear channel, not the front channel. Just a thought, not sure if this will help.

Thanks Siggy, I will try that.
Chas, I meant rear and sub are blended, not the fronts, my typo.
I will take some pictures when I get it working.

You may want to read the manual and find out about this jumper.

"It converts my outputs and I can blend my rears to run a sub with the change of a jumper!"

It is page 5 and 6 in the manual. The LOC probably comes default in direct mode, which is why it works out of the box for the 4 speakers, but you need to move the rear jumper to blended mode for the sub signal. The manual link is below.

I did read the maunual, and I did blend the rear and sub. I will check the connection, but I was aware of that, thanks.

Found the issue. Had a loose wire AND the gain was all the way down on the sub amp. Simple stuff. I will add pictures soon.
