Stereo + water = bad stereo

ANY IDEAS. LIKE TO TAKE MY JEEP BOOOOM OUT IN THE RAIN, WATER, MUD, ETC... THIS IS MY SECOND STEREO DAMAGED BY WATER. I DO TAKE THE FACE PLATE OFF AND PLACE IN CONSOLE DURING BATH TIMES, BUT WATER IS HITTING THE ACTUAL STEREO UNIT. ANY IDEAS. NO, I DO NOT SUBMERGE THE STEREO WATER JUST SPLASHES ON IT

look at marine radios. water proof and not too bad on the wallet. marine grade speakers are also available. they are the same size as auto radios.
