Stock audio deck with aftermarket subs?

Can subs be hooked up to the stock radio deck in a '13 wrangler unlimited? I'm wanting to eventually put two 12s in the back. Any suggestions? I currently have all alpine speakers in there now and a 10" sub but definitely want some more noise :-) should I stick with alpine?

Subs can be hooked up using LOC (Line out converters). Some amps will also support line level inputs as well. I had two 8s that hit very hard. The right box is really going to make the difference though. If the box is built for the subs, you can't miss. What amps are you currently pushing?

Don't ask me about brands though, I'm a little biased.

Not sure on an amp. The sub that's in it came with the jeep new when I bought it.
