it´s euros.

1 euro = 1.337 $ = 0,676 £

i would never do the following things because it´s illegal. but i heard of people that know other people they live in far away parts of germany. and they have buddies in the us that buy cheap jeep parts there, put them in poil and mud and then sendthem here to germany with papers for the german customs that say that that are old used parts that are only a few euros worth. on that way you don´t have to pay an import fee and only a bit VAT.
but as i said i don´t know such people.

one example:
the german dealers want to have 1200 euros (1600 $) for the OME suspension.
incl. shipping, german tax and VAT it costs "only" 750 euros (1000 $) if i order it in a US shop.

possibly car parts are more expensive.. for day to day life is cheaper though... when i went to poland we wanted to eat there at the airport.. the prices were not much different than the prices in my country Bulgaria, we come here in America.. we felt poor.. A buddy of mine went to Bulgaria last summer.. he stayed there for about a month and only spent around 500 usd (not including hotel).. he's like, eat and drink every day and night.. go out places.. take tours.. go to ?theme? parks (roller coasters, bumper cars, ferris wheels, etc..) everything you can think of he went to..
