Tailligt problem

So my tai lights were goin out over bumps and right turn signal was all types of craziness. Did some research and found out the problem was the ground. Since the screw that hold assembly in our the grounds I looked at the screws and ones on right side had a rubber spacer. Took spacer off but screw will not go in all the way now. Used a screw off right side which went in all the way and now they work. But I want to have all the screws the right way so does anybody know what size screw they are supposed to be?
