Turn signals

I installed some new marker lights / turn signals today, they are NOT LED lights. After I installed them my turn signals won't work. All I get is a loud buzzing an sometimes my radio goes out too, like when that buzzing is going off it robs power from the rest of the jeep. My head lights, break lights, Parking lights etc all seem to work fine. It just is the turn signals and hazard lights that are affected. Any ideas? ...I've already checked all the fuses.
