Unused connector under dash

Does anyone know what this unused connector (yellow with orange stripe and black) under my dash is for? its a TJ 2006.

Was connecting up GPS when I came across this connector just dangling and can't see anything it should be connected to.

It's on the right side sitting in jeep, jeep is right hand drive. It seems the connector is for the Manual version, connects to the clutch pedal for starting jeep, with clutch in when connected and clutch out when disconnected. My jeep is auto so that's why there is nowhere to connect this connector to. So far that's the best and most probable use for the connector.

Yep, I've heard that before, that's definitely it.
