I run 2 Polk Momo 8's in a downfiring box. The kicker 300 watt amp sits under the box. Fits perfect with the back seat in or out.

I have 2 10inch subwoofers facing down in a sealed 3/4ths inch mdf box, a 400watt kicker amp for the subs for loud powerful bass, but keep in mind kicker amplifiers are more delicate then some other the other brands out there but they make up for there delicateness with the amazing sound quality, I also have 2 kicker 5' speakers in the sound bar and 2 polk audio's in the front, powered by a 600 watt polk audio 4 channel amp, polk audio is a great brand for jeeps because they can take so much vibration and abuse. I have all of this mounted on the back of the subwoofer box because it is a horrible idea to place the amps under the seats of the older model jeeps becuase there is no room for heat to displace, ive already blown one amp becuase i put it under the seat, have fun!

^mounting the amp to the sub enclosure does more damage to the amp than having it under the seats, the vibrations cause things to loosen up as soon as the amp gets hot.
