Where to mount PA horn

I just bought a PA speaker horn but I'm not sure where I'm going to mount it yet. I have a 06 wrangler 4.0. I was thinking about that empty plate right by the firewall on the drivers side. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would be awesome if you guys have any.

I wouldn't put it there unless it's an amplified speaker.

If you are using the CB to run it, it won't be very loud at all. Test it first to see.

That said, I mounted one in the passenger side front wheel well very close to the front. It's up and in and out of the way from road crap.

I mounted my cb powered PA speaker where you are mentioning (driver side, firewall, above and a little behind the front tire) and it works fine. Out of the elements.
