I was thinking of going back myself. I had a credit card horror story. I was getting charges for 2 accounts and only had 1. I would get a credit each month but still get charged for it. Went on for 6 months. When my contract ended I cancelled it. I was asked why and when I told them poor customer service they blamed me for the mistakes and said I should have told them about the problem. I explained that I did and they could see how many times I called. I was informed I wasn't clear enough stating my problem. I responded that's the problem with out sourcing. Somehow we got disconncted. .

yeah i have a sirius radio and had some bad times dealing with them. it took me a month just to change my payment plan from a quarterly payment to a yearly payment. phone call ofter phone call after phone call, one pain in the you know what.
