Does the antenna come with the stuff to mount it to the antenna mount?

With my experience, the antenna does not come with all that stuff. But, I really have only dealt with Firestik Antenna's. I mainly just run to a place like Radio Shack to pick up these items for my CB.

Typically you will need a stud (like a Firestik K4 or K4A) to attach the antenna to the mount... The difference being how your coax attaches to the stud. Iirc K4 is a lug, K4A is a SO239 for PL259 screw on connectors.

The stud should have all the washers needed for install included with it (what you posted an image of).

Don't forget to grab an SWR Meter while you are there if you don't already have one. You'll need it to tune your CB/Antenna once you get it set up. They are pretty cheap and I think under $30 at Radio Shack.

If you have a plug type coax (threads on), you need what you posted a picture of. It is an "Antenna Stud" or "Antenna Mount Stud".
