yj wire harness problem !

So I bought this jeep without an engine, I put one in it. I came to put the wire harness and I saw that the wires near the transmssion is all cut. It includes the wires goin back to the fuel pump, tail lights, rear diff. and the transmission. could any one help me with this issue, should I buy a wire harness for the body or transmission or what ? here is a pic of the wire.
