Quadratec Now Gets All My Business
At Bantam this year I purchased a lift kit from Quadratec, and a soft top from another company for my TJ.
Quadratec didn't bring the lift with them, but they did ship it promptly. The lift kit arrived in two boxes both stapled and taped shut. The Rampage trail top was there ready for me to take home.
When I went to install the top, it turns out I needed to purchase a windshield frame channel that they forgot to tell me about. I ordered one off Amazon (next day, free shipping) and installed the top. I took the windows off it two days later and found the zipper had pulled apart and the cloth on one of the side windows had torn. I called the company I purchased it from to tell them about it. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from them. I was transferred to a warranty department where I left a message. They still haven't called me back.
My lift kit arrived without the rear shocks. I called Quadratec and the first person I talked to helped me. They said since the boxes were sealed it was probably an oversight with the manufacturers packaging. The guy I talked to looked up my order and said they have the shocks in stock and he'd mail a set out to me. Two hours later I received email confirmation and a tracking number saying they'd been shipped.
I'm very impressed with Quadratecs customer service. The other guys, not so much. Just wanted to offer a public thanks to Quadratec and tell them I'll be making all my purchases from them from now on.
