Problem with my q9500i I got for Christmas. I installed my q9500i to find out the supplied power cord was too short. The customer service guys were awesome and sent out the longer cord. I tested the winch before I switched out the cord and everything was ok. After installing the cord my winch only works in one direction. When I called the rep skipped the troubleshooting section titled "winch works in one direction" and was asking my about the grounding strap on the jeep and battery power?!? The troubleshooting step points to a broken solenoid. The winch runs. It gets power and enough to pull a load. After some time on hold and half an hour of talking with the rep, the resolution stands to make sure my battery has enough power?!? It runs the winch under load on 'winch in'. But when I het winch out on the remote the solenoid clicks once (just like on winch in). But instead of powering on the motor like it does on winch in nothing happens but the single click. Please help!
