Moving to Arizona-Tire Question

Hi all,
Going to be moving back to Phoenix from Kansas City in March. I have a 13' Sahara Unlimited with a 2.5 TF Lift. I am getting ready to put bigger tires on, and wanted to see if you all have any suggestions that works well out there for mostly on road (90% DD) and occasional trails. I would like to get more into offroading, etc. as time allows.
I've looking at the Trail Grappler, Duratracs, etc...probably in the 34"-35" range.
Any input from your experiences would be great. Thanks in advance-
Jason
