Building trailer suggestions

Am going to build trailer to tow behind 1992 Wrangler. My thoughts:
Buy 5x8 trailer from Home D/Lowes.
I have design for making camper, going to use 4x8 siding for walls.
My question is how do I lift trailer to have same ground clearance as Wrangler?

Move axle to under springs. And then what?

Lifting trailers can be dangerous. Raising the center of gravity of the load can cause tipping problems, stability issues, cross wind problems, makes it harder to load up heavy/bulky cargo, etc.

Taking a 5x8 foot trailer, lifting it, and then turning it into a camper is probably going to cause cross wind issues and stability problems on the highway.

Thinking of bigger wheels and tires, may help. Been looking at military jeep trailers. But cost as crazy. Thing is they have good ground clearance, but are short.
