Lake Pleasant to Crown King

I did the Lake Pleasant to Crown King trail for the first time yesterday and had a blast. I'm curious... how does this trail compare to others here in AZ? Any good suggestions for similar trails? Keep in mind... I only have a 1.75 inch leveling kit on my Sahara.

You would probably enjoy table Mesa rd. From I-17 to seven springs rd.

Thanks for the reply. I've been out that way shooting. I'd push it on some harder trails. But the challenge for me is that I'm the only one out of my group of friends with a Jeep so I try to pick locations that full size trucks can go too. Got any suggestions for the west side of the valley?

That is a super fun trail because all obstacles have an easy line that a stock 4x4 can make and a harder line for folks who like to go a little sideways.

Granite Hills up in Cave Creek has a few big ruts but is probably similar rated. On the west side, there are all kinds of trails in the White Tanks - we did one a few weeks ago that was fairly comparable I would say, but dont know the name. Not west, but I know a group that did Bulldog Canyon yesterday that is an easier run.

Awesome.... Thanks for the info. I'll have to look into those other spots.

hop on the I10 and take the exit for Watson rd. take a left and that's the entrance to a lot of trails in the white tanks. This is in buckeye. You can also go out to 163rd ave too
