Tires for AZ

Curious for local wheeler's real life experience with tires. I do the typical Coke Ovens, Four Peaks, Sedona, etc rock crawly kind of stuff. On my previous 2004 Pathfinder the tire "experts" said don't do E load range because it would ride bad. I did some E range Duratracs anyway and liked them just fine, drove nice on road at 35 psi and at 20psi they worked well in the rocks. Well, it's time to start thinking tires for my recently purchased 2004 Rubicon. Being as the Jeep is a bit lighter and smaller, do I want C's, or E's? Thanks.
