No problem, We are doing a run to Florence in February if anyone is interested. Check out youtube for upper ajax and see if it something that you think you could do.

Sure! Jon is doing (I backspaced over "helping me install") my TF 2.5" lift Friday. So, I'll be looking to run it around a bit Saturday am before the wife puts me to work.

This is certainly not a trail which will interest those with big lifts/tires or those who have to travel from across town. For those on the Northwest side with less experience and/or lesser equipped Jeeps, it's a good excuse to detour for a 2 to 3 mile run in the dirt.

Florence run Feb 16th & 17th

What: Lower and Upper Ajax, Hackberry Creek
When: 16 Feb Ajax, camp, 17 Feb Hackberry
Where: Meet at the Valero at Oracle and Golder Ranch at 0800 on the 16th depart at 0830 and head to Florence, Top off tanks in Florence then head to the parking area on Cottonwood Canyon Road.
Why: To finish the trails that we were supposed to run in December.
If you want to partake in just one trail run, post up which one so that we can get an idea on who is going to be going. Details about hackberry creek will be hashed out at the M&G on the 10th.

What we usually do if we have anyone meet up in Florence will be to meet at the McDonalds on the main road through town.
