Actually we are stopping at the minit market (chevron) across from Sonic to top off the tanks then head up to the parking area on cottonwood canyon road. We should be at the gas station right around 0930.

AZVJC rates Upper Ajax as a 4.0 check out some of the vids on youtube and see if you still want to do it. Most run it with at least one locker.

Not trying to discourage anyone but this can be a tough trail.

I followed James one time down the stream on Charleau Gap. Then a CJ that followed me got high centered and peeled a tire of his rim. I blamed it on James.

Sorry, thought these had already been posted.

Some folks are heading to Florence Saturday morning. Meet at the Valero on the corner of Oracle and Golder Estates roads at 8:00

Several people are talking about a short run in the Reddington Pass area Sunday afternoon. Meet at the Circle K on Tanque Verde a couple of miles east of Houghton at 12:30.

It was a late run, hit the trail around one, all the way to the falls and back.

Will it be Saturday or Sunday? I have to hunt on Friday and possibly Saturday, depends on whether I fill my tag on Friday. I am 100% in if it is Sunday.

If you live in Pima county then you have to get emissions check to get tags. I think it is every two years that you need to get it done. If you are buying the TJ here in Tucson then you might be able to find its old emission testing here:History Inquiry - VIN

If you are buying before you move you might want to check to make sure that there is no "check engine" light on because that is an immediate failure.

We should be at the high school between 9 and 10. I can't remember how long it takes to get there.

You should be able to do this. Worse case you get pulled through some stuff.
