I wish, I am going to Japan on Friday, no offroading until the end of the month. I do have a plan I am working on for going to monument valley in August. Maybe some of you are interested in that. Plenty of time to make plans for that one.

Hey guys, how's it goin? Been kind of quied 'round here lately.

I just picked up an old Willys MBT trailer and plan on fixing it up.

I posted this in the forum wanted section but wanted to put the word out here to see if anyone in town might be able to help. One of the previous owners put on a standard trailer hitch and I'd like to replace it with a lunette (the towing ring that attavhes to a pintle hook for towing) since that's better on the trail. Ideally, I'd like the whole setup with the landing gear, but I'll take what I can get.

If I can't find anything that fits (one from a Bantam or M-416 trailer should fit as well), I have some offers to manufacture one. I'd just like to get something origional if possible.

Any thoughts?

Keep an eye on this forum:

Expedition Campers and Trailers - Expedition Portal

BTW - I am looking for a clean original (with lunette and landing) unmolested M416, M101CDN or equivalent myself. Any leads appreciated.

Need to do a run soon.....got the itch bad. With the rains coming in it'd be nice to hit a trail with some water. I was thinking an overnight in copper creek area would be nice.

Its east of Mammoth.

Aravaipa would be awesome also, but more of a threat of flash flood I would think. I'm also down for suggestions, as long as it is a bit cooler

4 wheeling on new gears is actually good for them. And breaking in new gears only requires a few good heat cycles and they're good 2 go
