Question Weber Redline Carburetor

We have a 1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ and we just bought a new top of the line Weber Redline DGES series carburetor. But we need to know the settings to tune it for best off-road performance (climbing dirt hills, etc). We called the tech-line but they were of no assistance. Please help!
