Default Emissions help!

Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum, but I wanted to post up to see if anybody could help me out. I have a 94 Wrangler 4.0L 4x4 that has lost pressure somewhere in the fuel tank so it won't pass emissions. A couple shop quotes later, and I'm looking for somewhere local that might do the work. By the off chance that someone might know someone who does stuff out of their garage?

Please let me know! I'd appreciate it.
