Soooo... Just found out the GF's recital is the very weekend (May 31st and June 1st) as the dates we ended up coming to a an agreement on. She never mentioned anything to be about it until now. I still MIGHT be able to come - but it's a big maybe now. Missing a wedding is one thing but I can't really justify missing something she works her @$$ off for all year just for a weekend of wheeling.

If I don't end up making it - hopefully I'll be able to at least make the next one...

someone who has been there give me a clue... is this more like superlift ORV in Hot Springs... or more like the open backwoods trails...

This is one of the best Videos/series of videos that I've seen for getting a look at all the terrain. I've seen A LOT of videos on YouTube of people at SMORR - but they're typically just one obsticle... This/these videos show them hitting multiple areas with multiple Jeeps...

Never been there... Wish I could go with y'all... So I've been looking at more than a few videos of the trails online. Haha! Just thought I'd post up so you could get an idea, Larry.

EDIT:
There's two more in the series - though at some point they go to another park as well...

Thanks I will watch when I get on a computer... I wish you could go too.. but it is what it is... I guess we could hope the instructor has to change recital date for some reason that does happen on rare occasions.

Haha! MAYBE. That group is pretty much all built rigs. They go all over the place. I'm sure there's MANY trails that aren't as intense... I mean, theres gotta be! The place is like 900-some acres!

I am sure it looks like superlift in hot springs ark... Trails from 1 to 5 with 5 being expect body damage... They are having a hog wild run there this weekend with the big rigs trying to climb the hard hills would love to go but I am busy

you've been there before, can you explain to me the differences between the trail ratings? I'm used to dealing with three different tiers, but this one has five!

at ks rocks, level 1 stock 4x4's can handle, level 2 4x4 is required and a rear locker and winch and 32" tires are recommended, level 3 35"+ tires are needed and a front and rear locker and winch and spare parts are highly recommended.

I'm kinda bored at work right now, so I'm checking out SMORR's trail map

so what does SMORR say about it trails.... at Superlift in Hot Springs they have trails rated 1 diamond to 5 diamonds.. 1 is gravel road and 5 is body damage
