Question 2004 & 2002 engine compatible with 2000

I'd like to draw upon the expertise here.

I have 2000 Wrangler with a blown engine (4.0). I found a 2004, 2002, and a 2000 engine from a salvage company. Are the 04 and 02 both easily swapable in the 2000 TJ, I will be using the 2000 computer and wiring harness. This is my first engine replacement/swap and I really want to avoid unforseen problems.

Can I use the 2004 or the 2002 without having to modify the wiring harness, or swap computers.

Are there any gotchas?

Thanks,
mike
