Exclamation 3 Products Received - 3 Reviews for You

1) Bestop TrailMax II Rear Seat - Vinyl -
Fit - Excellet
Finish - Excellent
Quality - Excellent
Overall very impressed with this seat. Much nicer than I expected. Much higher quality vinyl than I expected, almost wondered for a second if they screwed up and sent me a fabric seat. It has a slight rear tilt which makes it much more comfortable than the stock rear seat. The headrests are a major safety feature (why I bought it), and offer added comfort. Adding this seat actually makes riding in the back seat comfortable, safe, and therefore enjoyable.
Highly Reccommended

2) Bestop Front Seat Covers (97-02 Buckets) -
Fit - Very Good
Finish - Excellent
Quality - Excellent
Overall I think these will be just fine. I just installed them and I think after a day in the sun the fit might improve. The quality of materials is much higher than I expected, but I had higher hopes for the fit. Like I said, a day in the sun and a little break-in may improve this. The netted map pockets in the backs of the seats were an unexpected bonus.
Reccommended

3) Rugged Ridge Carpet Kit -
Fit - Poor
Finish - Excellent
Quality - Less than average
When I first opened the box I was very impressed with the quality of the carpet and the stragetically placed jute. The fit makes me wonder if they sent me carpets for the wrong year. Yes, the directions say that trimming may be required and I expected that. However, there is not enough material in some sections to cover the sheetmetal, and in other sections there is so much extra that I folded it under until I get a chance to trim it.
NOT Reccommended. Buy something else.

And yes, yes, yes, I know...

Can we wait until tomorrow until it's daylight out?

Have you sat in the seat? Call BS all you want. Trust me, it's much better than I expected too.

Carpet's for the winter. I've already Herculined and it's great.

Doesn't look like there's a whole lot of interest here, but here's the pics anyways. Hope it helps someone eventually.

The seat covers are already starting to look better. I think they need to warm up, unfortunately it's kinda cold around here right now.

Yeah, I had higher hopes. They look better now and I'm hoping that they'll continue to fit better as they break in. They were stuffed into a box about the size of a shoe box. Worst case scenario, they'll hold me over until I can afford TrailMax II front seats.

That looks good. Good pictures!

I went with "Covercraft" Seat Saver covers on mine mainly because Bestop only had black for a color. I think they look great. They are a tan denim looking material and fit real tight. I need to post some pictures too.

Give the front covers some time. They're looking better already. They were crammed into a shoe box and that was immediately after they were put on. I'll try and get some better pics now that they've relaxed and formed to the seats a bit.

Nice looking back seat.
Even the covers look good too. I read other posts about them that said they smooth out a and fit a little better once they settle a bit.

Digging the seat. I am considering this same purchase and was wondering how someone else might like it. Looks good in the jeep. Thanks for the info.

Yeah man, I remember that thread you recently started on putting a JK seat in a TJ. This seat rocks. Go for it if you have any back seat passengers that you care about.

The seat might have to be something under the Xmas tree. I need to talk to Santa! ;-)
