Acceleration issues?

OK folks hoping someone can help me here. bought another jeep 6 months ago and now runnin into prob. never seen before. I got a 2000 with stock 4.0 sittin on 35x12.5 M/T's with 6' rough country lift. The problem is when i hit the gas (mainly over 25mph) I get some light vibration and it feels like it wants to shift but cant or not getting enough gas.
Now I've got rid of the cat. replaced pinion, trans, and transfer case seals, also checked out gears. givin it a tune up includin coil pack, which seemed to help some but hasnt fixed the problem. I plan on cleanin the injectors with some high pressure but after that I'm lost what to do. Any ideas would be appreciated guys.

ya i know plan on swappin to d44. but when i bought it they had just done the lift and put on those tires, and i havent even gone off road yet! that shouldn't have caused the problem should it? it only happens when i give it gas over 25 otherwise it runs fine. d30f , d35r stock 3.07

Not to mention that your D35 is hating your 35's.... And yeah, the 6" lift can cause all sorts of vibes.....

here's the thing, if i swap on some 31's still happenin just started few days ago. When i did the tune-up the plugs were fouled so I'm thininkin clogged injectors. If it was the axles then it wouln't have improved with tune-up and should have stopped when i put on the 31's right?

so I am curiouis, did you ever get an answer about the accelerator issue? My 2004 4.0 auto, is doing the same thing, dealer says cat conv. but code says misfire. I have had it in three shops and dealer and no resolve. Drive along in the Texas heat on the highway, when I need to speed up or come to just a hill on the highway RPM's jump up to 45-5K and I start slowing down. Jeep is fighting but I have to shut off and it does ok for a little while. Then starts up, especially when it is over 100 degrees... ???
