Best 33x10.5x15 Tire
Lets get some opinions here guys. Please post pics too. I don't want to get 12.5 wide bc i live in PA and they have stupid fender laws. I want to see if stock flares cover a 33x10.5 tire.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

Unfortunately the new MTRs don't run in a 33x10.5 or the metric equivalent 265/85R15.
I will miss my original KMs when they wear down and need to be replaced. 33x10.5 tucks nicely in my Sahara's flares.

The 11.50 should be fine to fit under the stock flare, maybe about 1" sticks out at the most. In PA is the tire coverage law, the entire tire or over half of the tire??? I know its different from state to state, but some are just half of the tread pattern.
The Kevlars are pretty sweet, saw Jessie running them at our Badlands trip, great on the rocks but it seemed a little hard to clean-out in the mud.

Im not going to say that they are the best since I only have experience with BFG AT's and Maxxis Big Horns but I picked up a used set of Maxxis big horns for a good price and I am amazed at how much I love these tires. They are very aggressive but have a nice ride and best of all they are way better in wet conditions even heavy down pours. I was not pleased at all the way the BFG ATs handled in rain esp stopping but these Maxxis tires are amazing. When I had the BFGs on I would get pulled horribly to the side if I ran through a decent size puddle on the side of the road but puddles much larger dont even phase these big horns. When I was researching them I found nothing but good feedback on them as well. Not sure what sizes they come in but IMO they are well worth looking into.
Here is a pic from google
And a pic of the ones on my Jeep

The Big Horns don't come in a 33x10.5 or the metric equivalent 265/85R15.
BUT if the OP should decide to change his wheel to a 16" wheel, the Big Horns do come in a 255/85R16 which is close to a 33x10.5.

i've got km2's. i bought 33 1050's in october. exceptional tire for me. they wear awesome and get you through anything! i literally could not get myself to lose control in 6" of snow on the main roads while in 4H. here's a pic or two with them on. they're great off road too. 5 others have them in my club and love em. 33s and 35's mostly. nice an quiet on the highway as well.

To your fender laws- if you don't drive like a absolute douche they will not bug you for it or anything with 12.5" wide. Saying that, I just looked at there law and it is half the tire covered and I can post up pics of my jeep and more then half the 12.5 wide tire is covered just fine.

x2, in maine, inspection calls for the entire tread to be covered by the flares. however, most inspectors tell you "those tires weren't on when you brought this jeep here" overall cops don't seem to care much. but i think it helps how you drive. i'm pretty much up 6" total + the 36's, and pass state troopers and county sheriffs all the time. they never say boo, i also drive like a granny and i think that's why they don't bother me.
