Hey guys! I got a free CB radio yesterday and am looking to mount it. I do have one concern though, I dont want the wiring to look junkie coming from the antenna. If you could please post some pics of where your antenna is and how you ran the wires so I can have an idea of how to do mine. Thanks in advance!!

i'll have to take some pics later, but my antenna is on the rear passenger side. the hubby drilled a hole and ran the cable through that and tucked (and zip tied) the wire up under the lip on top or the tub.

They have these:

You can run the cable in through the tub via the tailight wiring hole and under your carpet all the way to the radio.

No pics yet but. I drilled a hole in the rear driver side and went all the way under the carpet and under the glove box. I you cannot see an wires at all. The CB is also mountain under the glove box to the left side.

Thanks for the help. I've considered drilling, just want to know my options first. Plus I don't want to screw anything up!

I have a magnetic antenna so I put it on the passenger side and through the soft top window. It honestly doesnt look bad. I'll post pics later so ya'll can be the judge.
