mm well found out in ME that you can't even shoot a rifle or shotgun in the air or to the ground without being charged for some sort of crime. "disturbing the peace" is what i interpreted it as. even if you're tryin to scare someone away. (yet we can go and shoot targets) I know that there are probabaly some exceptions but still. I spoke with a state public safety rep, dispatch and a sergent... they all pretty much said that you have no rights and need to just call the cops and give an identity report. Like you can see them to give a good enough description when its 1 a.m.? at least we can carry a non concealed weapon in the vehicle. i bet if you even touched a finger on them they'd try to charge YOU with assualt.

Back in Fla., I had my 92' XJ broken into. They grabbed my 15" JL sub. They didn't find or could not carry everything I guess. Had two 1000 watt Audiobahn amps under the back seat. Also the rear door had two competition 6" Rockford Fos. 3 way speakers that match the two in the front doors. They did grab the tweeters on the dash, ripped them right out but let the bases. Dumb asses. That same night some of the neighborhood cars were robbed for X-mas gifts.

Two years later my house was broken into, they took 250 DVDs and my stereo receiver. Broad day light, no one saw any thing. I was out of town for work, and my room mate was also out of town. That sucked to come home to.

Now I sleep pretty darn light and next to a aluminum bat. Waiting for payback.

I had a 16 ish kid looking in the back of my jeep with the door open when i came out of Brooks one day, stupid me yell's and he takes off. Well i chased him onto the lawn and behind the store to a neighboorhood, i caught up to him did a slide tackle type deal and tripped him up, HAHAHA he fell but we were running out of the grass toward a side walk and he did a super man and hit his head on the cement! HAHAHA he wasn't moving much after that and was kinda rolling around so i decked him once in the eye for good measure and he didn't react much to that, he might of had a concusion? so i left him there. I realized i didnt have anything but jumpercables and some tie downs behind my seats then kinda felt bad, never saw him again.

Not the Jeep but my DSM. I took my father out to diner in the middle of a real big snow storm. In the rush my father must not have closed the passenger door all the was when getting out of the car so when I locked the doors the pass side was still open. Came out after eatting to find that someone had taken a blow car amplifier that I had in my back seat, my aviator sunglasses, a title to a parts car I had dismantled in my driveway, and worst of all....................a large pack of yankee candle jar car air freshners. They left my stereo, gauges, safc-2, and satelite radio alone.

You need to read up on Texas castle doctrine. You can use deadly force to stop a thief in Texas.

Someone took my beach chairs and my favorite cooler! WTF?!?! Go spend a few bucks at Dollar General and get your own. Kharma is:::::: While walking my dog one afternoon. I just happened to glance to the right and something caught my eye. Low and behold, there was my beloved cooler!!! name written with a sharpie on it, sitting on someone's porch. I got home, hopped into the jeep. drove over there, parked and waited until I saw someone. Got out, steaming like hell, walked up to the porch, knocked on the door and some dude says, "what"! I said, I am taking my cooler back and took off to the jeep and drove home. Once home, I looked inside and wouldn't you know, but there was a 12 pk of the Champagne of beers!!!!!! Nothing like a refreshing drink of "UP YOURS"!!!!

Side note:::: I also had my gun readily available when I got home!!!!!!! I have a sign that says, " It is legal to posess firearms on these premises"!!!! Let the white trash jokes begin, HAHAHAHA!!!!

Oh that I know. I'm just saying shooting someone with a paintball gun is just as bad as a real gun...never said anything about theft...My point was you might as well use a real gun....Sorry if that wasn't clear. I do that sometimes.

I carry 90% of the time...I know my gun rights.

The issue now is civil court. You may be fine per a grand jury, but the family of said thief can still own your ass in civil court. Not something that keeps me up at night, but you have to realize its a risk.

I think I'd cry! seriously, that sucks bad. Sorry to hear that.

Guy I know had 2, not 4, but 2 of his wheels stolen out of the back of his truck...they stole one front and one rear (the hilarious part was the wheels are pink....how they became pink is a long story.)

Had my cd player stolen a few times.
The best one was when I was working under my sisters truck at my parents house and had my Jeep parked in the street. I was under the truck and watched one of the kids from a few houses down walk by my Jeep and stop. I didn't think to much about it till he reached inside. While still under the truck I scream "Don't be stupid". The kid jumped about 3 feet and has my wallet in his hand.
I slide out from under the truck and walk over. The kid looks up and said "Ummmm... This was on the ground next to your Jeep"
I take my wallet back and tell him "Get lost. If I ever see you near my Jeep me and your dad are going to talk."
Kid could never look me in the eye again.

Talking Diamond Star Motors

I googled DSM this is what came up: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders

But then I found this:
DSM - Diamond Star Motors
A joint effort by Mitsubishi (three diamonds) and the Chrysler Corporation (penta-star) to build some of the most incredible automobiles in the world. The vehicles were produced with the names Eagle Talon, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and Plymouth Laser. DSM cars are assembled in Normal, Illinois. The '94-and-up Mitsubishi Galant is also assembled at the DSM plant in IL; previous Galant's were assembled in Japan. The Eclipse and Galant (since '89) share the same platform.

I never had anything stolen from my jeep but a few weeks ago someone broke into my dodge cummins and stole my cd player broke the bezel on the dash and stole my tom tom. I really wanted to kill somebody... Its probably a good thing I didn't catch them in the act cause things could have gotten ugly. BTW I own three DSMs one has over 500hp (90 awd eclipse), one is a stock pos and the other is a non rolling parts car. They are very capable cars though.
