i had been looking around for some time for a kayak rack that would accommodate a 10' kayak and two bikes that would allow me to put my soft top up/down. so we designed a rack that was permanent in the front which is eventually going to be used as a light rack and completely removable yet sturdy. we made it so that i can use just the bike rack, just the kayak rack, both, or neither. both of which are lockable which can be seen in one of the pictures. the height of the bike rack is above the brake light so that it is still completely visible.
it took some time and engineering but the rack is finally finished, with the exception to some minor tweaks (padding for the rails etc.)

wow thats some pretty good fab skills i like that, a kayak fits perfectly to the length of the jeep too haha
