How to mount factory radio?

My friend recently bought a TJ Wrangler. He noticed the radio is not mounted to anything, its bouncing around in the opening. He doesn't want to put a more money into his jeep at the moment. Looking for a easiest way to mount it correctly.

Any step by step guide will be much helpful.
